Lamb
All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain. Revelation 13:8
Jesus, You are the Lamb who has been slain. Through Your sacrificial atonement, I have received full acceptance from God. I adore You for who You are. I worship You for who You are. I marvel at You for being able and willing to humble Yourself to such a degree that You would offer Yourself as a Lamb for our salvation. As 1 Peter 1:19 states, You are without blemish and without defect—”precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ.” You are sinless and perfect.
Witness
Behold, I have made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander for the peoples. Isaiah 55:4
Jesus, You are a witness to all of us, as well as a leader and commander. You have also created nature and the elements to witness of Your great power. This witness is true, and I worship You for the way You hold all things together. I praise You for the witness You provide for the afterlife. I give You glory for the witness You provide for life after death. I have no fear when I set my heart and mind on You, the witness of all the great things God has done and is doing for those whom He loves.
True Vine
I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. John 15:1
Adoration Jesus, You are the life source for all I do. Fill me with Your love. Fill me with the sap of Your sacrifice so that I can produce fruit which glorifies You. You have shared why You are the true vine, and it is so that I may experience the joy of the Father’s love and Your love. It says in John 15:9-11, “Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.” I praise You for Your compassionate love which makes the way for my joy to be full.
