A Word from the Author

"The Power of Your Attitude is an obvious reflection of how I have lived my life with a buoyant optimistic attitude since the death of my father when I was 11 years old. I use the metaphor of a watch to help the reader understand how a $2.00 Timex watch that I wear every Monday morning has enabled me to make 7 critical choices for a happy and successful life. The reader will also discover excellent research as well as practical tips for everyday life."
Stan Toler, author of The Power of Your Attitude

Stan, I’m about to turn 70, have read all the self help books. All of them mention attitude as one of many areas, say, to focus on. But you make it primary and that has become clear to me, it motivates me and it makes the attitude/ thoughts/words/actions/habits/etc so clear to me. For me to try to change negative thinking without this construct has been very difficult.

I can’t thank you enough for writing this book and I’ll be getting copies to my two adult boys, my sister and one of my brother’s.
