While I love the characters being listed on the cards (and the different game options given within the pack), I was disappointed that the actual Biblical chapter and verse weren’t given for WHERE you can find the characters. Also, for each character, there is a little quote at the bottom of the card (for humor, I assume).
For Adam and Eve, the quotes appear to make light of the original sin. Pharaoh’s quote is not a quote I want my children to ever repeat as it has a cursing connotation (“Aw, hail, no”). Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego’s card APPEARS to be lyrics to a rap song (“It’s getting hot in here”) but….. Would they do that? ???? Just things I saw and am not crazy about.
