Amish Canning Cookbook.
This book has a nice assortment of canning and pressure canning recipes. Plenty of Jams and Jellies, Vegetables, Soup, Stews and Relish recipes, enough to keep me busy for awhile! I love the South of the Border Chicken Soup! Bonus that it is spiral bound and opens flat. Nice silky pages that are easy to wipe off. I really appreciate that they left a 2 inch Notes section on each page so that I can leave myself notes about how I altered the recipe to suit my families needs.
