How do I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account at the top right hand corner of the screen, click on your username, and you will be able to see the status of your order.
How do I cancel or edit my order?
You can cancel or edit your order up until the time it ships. Simply contact Customer Service prior to your item(s) shipping, please call 1(800) 547-8979 Monday - Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 2 business days of submission and you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when your order has shipped along with pertinent tracking information. In addition, you can always log in to your account to check your order status and find tracking information.
Print-on-Demand books are titles that aren’t stocked or shipped from the Harvest House Publishers distribution center but can still be purchased through the following sources:

No returns are accepted on print-on-demand books.
Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, it can be returned within 30 days of the date the order shipped. All books must be in their original sellable condition. DVDs, Bibles, or other shrink-wrapped items must be unopened. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items that meet these parameters.
To make a return, include a copy of your receipt, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your receipt, please indicate your order number, your name, address and phone number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted on print-on-demand books.
What do I do if my order arrived with the incorrect or damaged items?
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please notify the Customer Service within 30 days of purchase, please call 1(800) 547-8979 Monday - Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I pre-order books not yet released?
Yes, you can pre-order books one month before they release. Simply click the option to "Pre-order" on the book page. Please know that your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. To place a phone order you are more than welcome to contact our Customer Service Department at 1(800) 547-8979 Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.
Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept international orders at this time. However we do sell our products to a variety of international distributors and retailers. You may be able to find our products in your home country online or at a retailer near you.

How can I contact an author?
Please know that you can contact authors via these means, but a response will depend on the author's schedule and availability. Thank you for understanding. Harvest House has a policy of not releasing the address or phone numbers of authors unless they are public ministry contacts. You can reach an author these three ways:
1. Check the page of the specific author you wish to reach on this site. If the author has a website, you find the link there.
2. We will forward comments submitted using the Contact Us Form.
3. Use postal mail and we will forward your letter.

How do I request copyright permission to excerpt a product for copying, printing, or website purposes?
Please submit requests to the Permissions Department and allow up to 10 business days for a reply. If you would prefer contacting someone directly, please call (541) 343-0123 and ask for the permissions department.
What do I do if I find a text error in a book?
If you find a mistake in one of our books, please submit your helpful concerns to: Book Corrections.
